Shop Agent/Sales Assistant

Location:
Onsite in Lausanne

Duration
: Initial 6 months

Rate:
CHF 40-45 per hour all inclusive gross)

Responsibilities:

  • You are the face of the business, captivating customers with your positive attitude, expert advice, and sales of our wide range of products.
  • You build lasting relationships with customers and ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the store
  • You assist customers with repairs and after-sales service, demonstrating professionalism and always seeking the best solution.
  • You maintain an overview of stock and inventory and efficiently handle administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • You have a background in retail, ideally with experience in the telecommunications or multimedia sector, or you are a motivated candidate from another field with a strong sales aptitude
  • You have excellent French skills; any other language is a plus.
