We are looking for a** Customer Success Associate **to assist our customers when using our products and services in all stages of their journey. You will work within the Liiva User team to resolve user queries, guide users through features and functionalities, and work with marketing team members to deliver content. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our users’ trust, and keen to join and participate in an early-stage product company.
**Overview**
- Where_: in our Zürich office, in addition to some remote days as a possibility- How much_: the expected salary range is 68,000 - 86,000 CHF (exceptions are made to allow for the best overall/skills fit)

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify user needs and help them use specific product features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer feedback on social media and reach out when needed to provide assistance
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Report product bugs and gather customer feedback to share with our Product team
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

**Requirements**:

- Must have's_
- Experience as a Customer Success Associate or similar customer facing role for a digital product
- Understanding of how CRM systems work (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Drive to participate fully in an early stage company, and the ability to work with many different teams to meet user needs
- Customer-centric is a must
- Swiss German fluency (primary user language), English (company language), and FR or IT is a plus
- Swiss, EU, or other passport holder that has the ability to work in Switzerland
- Nice-to-have's_
- BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
- Experience in startups, PropTech, or other related fields
