Die IT bei unserem Partner besteht aus den Bereichen Applikationsentwicklung und Systemtechnik. In beiden Bereichen arbeiten rund 30 engagierte Mitarbeitende. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist die Zurverfügungstellung von hochstehenden Dienstleistungen für die Mitglieder, Kunden und Schwestergesellschaften (national und international) unseres Partners. Um dieser Aufgabenstellung auch in Zukunft gerecht zu werden, wird die Systemlandschaft laufend verändert und den neuesten Anforderungen angepasst. Zusätzlich läuft ein auf mehrere Jahre verteilter Umbau der Systemarchitektur und der entsprechenden Applikationen

**Deine Verantwortung**:
- Du betreust und berätst externe Kunden in ihren Anliegen
- Du analysierst und priorisierst Supportanfragen eigenständig
- Du löst Probleme telefonisch und per Remote-Zugriff bei Endkunden
- Du sorgst für einen laufenden Informationsaustausch zwischen Kunden und internen Stellen
- Du unterstützt bei technischen Belangen, insbesondere im Bereich der ERP-Applikation
**Deine Skills**:
- Du analysierst und definierst die Anforderungen im Geschäftsumfeld
- Du kommunizierst effektiv auf gleicher Ebene mit Fach
- und IT-Mitarbeitenden
- Deine Eigeninitiative trägt dazu bei, Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
