As our Head of Curriculum, you'll be the visionary architect behind our AI-driven learning ecosystem. You'll craft personalized learning experiences that adapt to each student's unique needs, dive deep into learning analytics, and work hands-on with students to understand their journey. Your mission? **What you will be doing**
- Pioneer an AI-powered learning ecosystem that consistently outperforms traditional education models

**Key Responsibilities**
Lead the charge in AI-powered, teacher-less education across multiple campuses. Blend cutting-edge data analytics with meaningful student interactions to continuously refine our learning ecosystem. Your success will be measured by tangible improvements in student performance, particularly in AP exams and MAP assessments.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
- Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for educational purposes (e.g., content generation, data analysis, adaptive learning)
- Deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational methodologies
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing intricate projects
