**What you’ll do**

You will manage Market Ready Solutions (MRS) commercial projects for key customers (global-regional key accounts) and cross Category Segments (Dietary Supplements, Early Life Nutrition, Medical Nutrition) within the HNC department.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage commercial projects/customer specific solutions from concept to final products and successful market launch. Final products and customer delivery encompassing a.o. final formulations, product dossiers, pricing, artworks & delivery of first products to the market.
- Collaborate with the customer teams (Global Key Acounts, Regional Key Accounts, Brand Owners), in managing & realizing a timely and successful delivery of the projects.
- Within DSM, collaborate with R&D-, Nutritional Science-, Regulatory-, Operations teams and production partners, to make projects happen.
- Maintain excellent working relations with internal
- and external business partners.
- Work together with customer teams, to realize innovation projects. From concepts until the management of first orders & launch evaluation.
- Lead weekly meetings, manage the overall project planning & ensure a good and timely follow up of the key project steps.
- Support customers through differentiation on quality, market and product knowledge, science and regulatory support.
- Lead proactive and meaningful communication with customer and DSM team. Ensure optimal alignment with the sales team (BDM/AM) and operations team.
- Prepare market launch evaluation & analysis; achievement of KPI’s, suggestions for improvement, ideas for follow up innovation.
- Manage the commercial projects, in line with the internal guidelines, processes and systems in place (Innovation Management Tools, CRM-, ERP System).
- CRM system: active tracking of projects, development steps, tracking of KPI’s, reporting and analysis.
- Innovation Management: initiate/support the development of project briefs, manage projects through the funnel, create alignment with the relevant stakeholders along the process.
- Set up and development of pricing tools, in close cooperation with the operations team, production partners and commercial team.
- Pro-actively come up with ideas, that allow for better project management, handling and delivery to the customers.
- Have a clear focus on your own contribution to business growth and the delivery of results.
- Support with the development of go-to-market strategies for new innovations.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with your customers. Prioritize activities with a strong understanding of relative ROI.

**You bring**
- Bachelor degree in science, business or equivalent.
- Proven experience and success in project management with a focus on innovation projects, business/ customer development, system set up and handling
- Well-developed social, leadership and communication skills plus ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and complex international environment with good sense of inclusion. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Knowledge of working in Dietary Supplements Industry would be an added value. Experience of working with CRM-, ERP-, Innovations Systems a plus.
