For our _Techfirm Industrial Services_ team, we would like to integrate a

**CAPEX Buyer (M/W/D)**

ready to join us in Switzerland to take up new challenges together

WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for all CapEx-related purchases, including process equipment and facility-related purchases.
- Evaluate existing procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including the project directors, operations teams and finance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, evaluating performance and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide regular updates to the executive team on procurement activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and advancements in the biotech industry.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU ?
- Master degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a CapEx-related role within the biotech/pharma industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of the biotech market and familiarity with CapEx procurement.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages would be a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Work experience in Europe / Switzerland and willingness to start working in our team soon
