- You lead a team of approx. 20 Transportation Managers and organise the day to day activities of your department
- You drive the selection and development of transportation partners
- You ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our transportation processes, incl. rate negotiations
- You represent the logistics department at managerial level
- You participate in the improvement and development of the overall procurement & logistics process in close collaboration with other members of the Supply-Chain Management Team
- You implement and run monthly reports on supply chain achievements in different projects
- You travel approx. 20% of your time

**Your experiences**:

- You have a university degree in Supply Chain Management or similar and 10+ years’ experience in Logistics, Transportation, or general Supply Chain in international environments / markets, preferably in the EPC business
- You have a sound knowledge of transport & customs processes, incl. international legal systems
- You have proven and strong management and leadership skills
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills on various levels
- You are fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
