**Administrative Ad - Hoc to the General Management and Purchasing Department**
Is multitasking your strength and you are ready to take on a new adventure in a multinational working environment? We were looking for you
Qualification/Experience:
5+ years experience as management assistant, holding a bachelors degree or equivalent
- Knowledge in one or more areas such as Insurance, Purchasing, Fuel or Travel is a plus- Knowledge in Business Aviation desired but not mandatory- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German and English- Discretion and confidentiality- Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
