By joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress. **Team/Role Overview** **What you will do** - Consistently develop, execute and deliver audit reports in a timely manner, in accordance with Internal Audit and Regulatory standards - Review and approve the Business Monitoring Quarterly summary and serve as lead reviewer for all reviews - Collaborate with teams across the business and determine impact on overall control environment and audit approach - Manage audit activities for a component of a product line, function, or legal entity at the regional or country level - Leverage a comprehensive expertise to manage a team - Advise the business on change initiatives, while advancing integrated auditing concepts and technology adoption - Recommend interventions to issues, propose solutions for risk and control problems, partner with Directors and Managing Directors to develop approaches for broader corporate issues **What we will need from you** - Previous experience in auditing/testing private banking key controls - Experience within Private Banking, Wealth or Asset Management. - Attention to detail and able to summarize key points to senior audit and business management - Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred - Fluent in English with effective verbal and written communication skills - Effective project management skills - Effective negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills - Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment **Education** - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience **What we can offer you** Citi Internal Audit is a dynamic global function of over 2,500 professionals located across more than 60 countries, covering Citi's global businesses and service to clients and customers through its network in 98 countries.
