**Dein Gestaltungsraum**
- Du führst ein kleines, schlagkräftiges Team im operativen Einkauf, förderst gezielt deren Weiterentwicklung und verantwortest die Ressourcen
- und Budgetplanung
- Die Shared Service Funktion im operativen Einkauf wird von dir kontinuierlich ausgebaut, dabei agierst du als zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Stakeholder
- Du gewährleistest eine effiziente und regelkonforme Bestellabwicklung und gestaltest gleichzeitig innovative Lösungen zur Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung in SAP und SAP Ariba
- Du baust ein KPI-Dashboard für den operativen Einkauf auf, entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter und nutzt die gewonnenen Daten gezielt zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Du koordinierst das Onboarding, Schulungen und die Begleitung der Anwender:innen entlang des Source-to-Pay-Prozesses

**Deine Stärken**
- Du verfügst über eine höhere Ausbildung auf Universität
- oder Fachhochschulniveau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Einkauf mit
- Mit deinen ausgeprägten Führungs-, Projekt
- und Methodenkompetenzen möchtest du etwas bewegen, bist durchsetzungsstark in der Sache und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen mit strategischem Weitblick
- Du hast Freude daran, Prozesse zu optimieren, dabei Strukturen zu hinterfragen und Veränderung aktiv zu gestalten
- Du überzeugst mit klarer Kommunikation und hast ein Gespür dafür, andere für neue Self-Procurement-Lösungen zu begeistern
- Deutsch beherrschst du verhandlungssicher und kannst dich auch in Französisch souverän verständigen
