Your mission at Climeworks is to support the Legal & Compliance team, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all aspects of the team's work.
- You take care of invoicing, service provider selection and onboarding processes, and communicate with service providers on administrative matters.
- You assist the L&C team with approval and signing processes and ensure proper processing of contract requests and recording of signed contracts in our contract management software.
- You keep templates and internal know-how resources up to date, and support training and other knowledge sharing initiatives within the L&C team and across the company.
- You act as first-level support for the L&C team and other stakeholders, handling common requests related to our legal tech solutions and L&C processes.
- You contribute to legal tech initiatives by testing new software features, handling user management, and more, in particular for e-signature tools and our contract management software.
- You are in the early stages of a Bachelor's or Master's program, studying law, business administration, or a related field.
- You bring first work experience in an office environment and have knowledge of the MS Office 365 tools.
- You are a team player and communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- You are characterized by your careful and precise way of working.
- You are willing to work at least 60%.
