**_ Your key responsibilities_**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of our workspace.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of common areas, office supplies and equipment to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
- Take charge of office space and infrastructure planning, support decisions related to moves, expansion and changes to workspaces.
- Support financial and accounting activities, such as managing orders, invoicing processes, financial reporting and procurement.
- Support HR administration tasks, including onboarding and registration, travel management and expenses, documentation, team events and related activities to maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:
**_ What you need to bring to the role_**
- Bachelor or professional degree in commercial/business administration or equivalent.
- 3+ years of office management and accounting experience.
- Proficiency in office management procedures and solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Experience in procurement is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time-management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment.
- Independent, agile, and hands-on working style.
- Engaging and flexible personality with an optimistic outlook.
- Experience in developing internal processes preferred.
- Commitment to contributing to the growth of a forward-thinking company.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
- Have a Swiss working permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland.
