**Job Overview**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Provide legal advice and support on HR-related issues, including employment contracts, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Support the Senior Legal Counsel in managing day-to-day legal matters, including corporate governance, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business decisions and operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Handle some other legal tasks related to our Swiss Construction site.

**Skills and Qualification**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role (including law firm and in-house), with a focus on commercial contracts, and business operations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in diverse, cross-cultural working environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and operate successfully in a constantly changing, fast paced environment and to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner independently or to collaborate with other.
- In-house experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry, health regulatory environment, and intellectual property licensing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction in Switzerland.
- Fluency in English and German is a must.
