**Working Student in Sales Enablement, **you will support the Team to create and deliver high impact enablement programs and events for the sales team that lead to increased revenue generation. - You will be taking ownership of our new Learning Management System and will actively driveenablement asset creation and management in this tool.
- You will take an active part in the onboarding of Sales New Joiners
- You support our Enablement team to deliver best-in-class learningcontent and trainings for our Revenue organsation
- You will support in the planning of our annual Sales Kickoff to deliver an inspiring and fun event for our Revenue organisation
- You will gain insights into a fast-growing and exciting FinTech scale-up
- **️ What you’ll need**:

- You bring a high affinity for technology and good analytical capabilities
- You have a structured way of thinking and excellent communication skills
- You enjoy explaining things in a simple and fun way to other people
- You are able to work independently and in a flexible mode, usually around 20-40% per month paid on an hourly basis
- You are currently officially enrolled at a university
- You are ideally a student in Business Studies, Instructional Design, Education
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) preferred
- You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
