Aufgrund unseres Wachstums verstärken wir unser Team mit einem/einer Program Lead Digital Health.

Du willst die Digitalisierung des Gesundheitswesens vorantreiben? Für unser neuestes Entwicklungsprogramm suchen wir einen engagierten Program Lead, der unsere Vision für eine bessere Gesundheitsversorgung tatkräftig mitgestaltet und umsetzt.

Zu deinen Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten gehören
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung eines strategischen Technologieprogramm im Digital Health-Berich bestehend aus ca. 10 Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
- Koordination von interdisziplinären Projektteams (IT, Medizin, Regulatory, UX, etc.)
- Schnittstelle zwischen Business, Technologiepartnern und Management
- Sicherstellung von Budget, Zeitplan, Qualität und Zielerreichung
- Identifikation von Risiken und aktives Risikomanagement
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen, einschließlich C-Level
- Unterstützung bei strategischen Entscheidungen und Roadmap-Definition

Dein Profil
- Nachweisbare Erfolge als Programm
- oder Projektmanager in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise mit Trackrecord im Gesundheitswesen oder Life Science
- Kenntnisse in Digital Health Technologien, z.B. Patientenportale, Apps, Interoperabilität, Datenplattformen
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z.B. SAFe, Scrum) und klassischen Projektmanagement-Standards (z. B. PMI, PRINCE2)
- Technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium; Weiterbildung in Management von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig, strukturiert
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort & Schrift)
- Hohe Eigeninitiative
