En tant que **Tech Lead**, vous serez responsable de la gestion technique des projets, incluant:

- La supervision des développements personnalisés.
- La gestion de l'infrastructure et des tickets.
- L'intervention sur l’architecture technique.
- La coordination avec différentes parties prenantes pour garantir le bon déroulement des projets.

**Qualifications** Compétences obligatoires**:

- Expertise des technologies Microsoft.
- Maîtrise d'OpenShift, GitHub, API, ESB, Swagger.
- Expérience en **gestion de projets techniques** et en **développement personnalisé**.
- Solides compétences en **architecture technique**.
- Connaissances en **infrastructure**.
- Expérience avec **LIMS** et dans un environnement **R&D**.
- Expérience en gestion de projets impliquant **plusieurs prestataires**.

**Expérience requise**:

- Minimum **5 ans** d'expérience en tant que **Tech Lead** ou dans un poste similaire.
