**What to expect**:
We are looking for a motivated and hungry **Talent Acquisition Manager (50-80%) **based either in Switzerland or remotely in Europe. You will be part of our exciting and dynamic Talent Team that is highly motivated to create an impact. As a Talent Acquisition Manager you have the unique opportunity to contribute and play a vital part in the successful growth of our company. Your areas of responsibility include:
Acquiring the best talent for our rapidly growing company

You are the process owner of the talent acquisition process

Carry out initial screenings of applicants

You will both coordinate and conduct interviews

Come up with creative solutions on how to find and attract the best talent such as social media channels, recruiting platforms, networking events etc.

Develop and manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of talent acquisition

Establish a strong collaborative way of feedback mechanism to solve difficult mandates with a focus on meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders

Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts

Provide orientation for new employees by providing welcome packages, reviewing company policies, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents

Ensure the On-and Offboarding Processes are correctly followed

You will be involved in several interesting projects - depending on your interests and capabilities
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field a plus

Prior experience as a talent acquisition manager, or similar experience in a HR role

Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn

Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) a plus

You are communicative and have a winning personality

You work precisely with high attention to detail

You enjoy taking on responsibility and thrive in an autonomous environment

You like to roll up your sleeves and are excited to create an impact from day one

You have a profound interest in HR administration and talent acquisition, have experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Fluent English, German is a big plus
