Are you passionate about driving product innovation and leading agile and cross-functional teams towards success? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our eCare My Sunrise App team. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our customer facing self-service app. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, we want to hear from you

Tasks:

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the My Sunrise self-service app that aligns with our company goals and customers expectations
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements, market research, and competitive analysis as well as staying informed about latest trends on digital self-service solutions, both within telecom and other industries
- Track and analyse the app’s performance through KPIs such as user adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction and feedback, to identify opportunities for app optimization and continuous improvements
- Lead a fast paced squad of digital business analysts, UX designers and developers with the ultimate goal to transition to digital focused care through optimized customer journeys
- Closely collaborate with different teams and departments within consumer (customer journey teams, digital sales, product management, base management)
- Act as a team player and live an entrepreneurial spirit by owning projects, supporting various areas and enable digital transformation
- Grow our eCare team and become an integral component of our customer-first strategy within our Customer Operations department

Requirements:

- Masters Degree
- 3-5 years experience in the field, Telco experience is welcomed
- Experience in working with self-service solutions, mobile apps, or customer-facing digital products
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with experience in managing a product backlog and writing user stories
- Willing to go on a ride to overcome obstacles, do new things, constantly learn and able to work in a high-paced environment with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
