Technical Sales Manager

**Role + Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for planning and coordinating sales tactics with internal sales partners in the respective markets for the Digital Solutions product portfolio
- You will develop strong value propositions aligned with the needs of customers and internal sales partners
- You have to support and develop the capability of internal sales partners to confidently consult with customers and position our digital solutions
- You will define the business plans with the sales centers and monitor budget goals while providing pricing support
- You will discover market trends and gain deep insights into customer struggles to provide input for future innovation
- You understand traditional customer workflows and develop into business opportunities for digital transformation
- You will organize and implement the release of market activities, industry specific promotion campaigns, and deliver webcasts and provide sales training
**Qualification + Profile**
- Graduate in technical studies, ideally with interest in sales & marketing
- Experience in instrumentation, measurement and analytical solutions or system integration
- Strong interest in future topics such as digital transformation and IIoT
- Business fluent in English and German
- Self-starter with high level of personal responsibility and integrity
- Excellent communication & skilled in negotiation and influencing
- 15%-20% travel
