**Your Tasks**:
- Creates and after its approval implements the strategy of a material category
- Selects, evaluates and conducts supplier negotiations in his/her material category on the global level.
- Is responsible for contract negotiations
- Supports and acts as a reference point for local category managers in his/her material category
- Coordinates activities of the local category managers (China, India and Czech Republic)
**Your Profile**:
- General technical affinity especially in the field of motors
- Negotiation skills, very good communication skills
- Ability to work in multicultural environment
- Sound knowledge of the processes in category management
- Languages: English minimum intermediate level with the ability to speak and write
- Educational background: Economical, technical
- Required working experience: minimum of 3 years in category management/purchasing
