Das Center for Philanthropy Studies (CEPS) ist ein interdisziplinäres Universitätsinstitut für Philanthropie und Stiftungswesen der Universität Basel. Das CEPS wurde 2008 gegründet und verbindet international anerkannte Forschung mit der praktischen Umsetzung in Weiterbildungsangeboten.

Zur Stärkung seiner Weiterbildungs
- und Forschungstätigkeit sucht das CEPS **per 1. April oder nach Vereinbarung** eine*n Hilfsassistent*in.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

In Ihrer Tätigkeit von **12 Stunden pro Woche** erledigen Sie selbstständig administrative Aufgaben in der Weiterbildungsadministration und unterstützen das Team bei Forschungsarbeiten.

**Ihr Profil**

Sie studieren Wirtschaftswissenschaften im Hauptfach oder Nebenfach. Zudem haben Sie die Vorlesung „Einführung in Nonprofit Management“ besucht. Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse (mündlich/schriftlich) in Deutsch und gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, eine sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise sowie fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse des Office-Pakets sind vorausgesetzt. Ihre Arbeitsweise ist exakt und gut organisiert, kommunikative Kompetenz, Bereitschaft zum eigenständigen Arbeiten sowie gemeinnütziges Engagement in der Freizeit runden Ihr Profil ab. Kenntnisse im administrativen Bereich sind wünschenswert.
