Sr. Manager Business Excellence Lead

Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Sr. Manager Business Excellence (f/m/d)

A key enabler of the site’s value creation, you will lead our transformation to a Lean Lighthouse organization, proactively seeing and solving the right problems through operational visualization and structured problem solving. You will establish close partnerships with the operational business units and proactively support value stream analysis and optimization, root cause problem solving, and continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma mindset and methodologies.

Further you will own and drive the CIPs (Cost Improvement Projects) Pipeline, Delivery, and Tracking for the site. Also, you will be responsible to take leadership for the Johnson & Johnson Production System (JJPS) program’s execution and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the adoption of a Lean mentality and culture on the site through trainings, coaching and role modeling of lean practices. Realizing a way of working where processes and performance are visualized, and everyone understands and owns their contribution. The right problems are proactively identified and solved or prevented using structured problem solving.
- Ensure hands on, proactive business excellence support for Operations, be a trusted partner for the identification and realization of continuous improvement and value stream optimization opportunities through lean and six sigma methodologies.
- Lead the Johnson & Johnson Production System (JJPS) on site encompassing Governance, Execution, Reporting, and Health Checks. Explore opportunities to improve flexibility and agility of the approach in alignment with customers on site, global Business Excellence and Platform strategies.
- Own and drive the site's CIP Pipeline, Delivery, Tracking, and Reporting to realize targeted business impact.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital & Technology team to deliver effective ways of collecting, visualizing and analyzing relevant data for process improvements and problem solving.
- Align and share standards and practices with the global and Platform Business Excellence teams.
- Lead and develop a team of business excellence professionals

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent degree of experience and education) is required - Master’s degree is preferred

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Sound experience in Lean culture and process improvement with proven business impact is required, preferably in a Production environment
- Experience leading a large-scale Lean Transformation
- Affinity to data and digital solutions with an ability to identify and explain key insights from data
- Ability to build strong working relationships with partners and customers
- Experience handling change - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in delivering training, coaching and mentoring of business teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Authentic and hands on leader with a can-do mentality - Experience leading and developing a team of professionals
- We are looking for someone with solid experience, minimum of 8 years
