• You will be supporting
• **13 Maisons within around 17 countries in Europe** as well as our
• **Regional functions** (Finance, Customer Service and Logistics) using Business Intelligence solutions:
• **SAP BI reports** available across several business areas (Sales, Operations, Finance, CRM, e-Commerce data)
• **Self-Service BI **(SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• This role is embedded in the
• **Europe technology team within the BI, Data & Automation team.**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

• Support our user community by **resolving incoming incidents and requests (Service Now)**, or coordinating the resolution** being a bridge between business teams and technical teams.**:

• Develop **dashboards/stories** (SAP Analysis Cloud).
• Develop and share **Business Intelligence functional expertise** in the field of Richemont Europe distribution process and organization including **Wholesale, Retail, e-commerce, Finance, Logistics and e-commerce**:

• Promote and drive the utilization of Business Intelligence solution, including our** self-service dashboard tool** (SAP Analytics Cloud) by providing **training**, animating **workshops**, developing **documentation**, and animating the** business Key Users community**.
• Prepare, organize, and coordinate **test sessions** during projects, release/maintenance cycles and regional **deployment of the solution**, perform periodical **non-regression tests**.
• Collect needs for **enhancement **and follow up with the **implementation**.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**

• **3+ years of experience with Business Intelligence** (SAP BI) - experience of **SAP Analysis** for Office and **SAP Analytics Cloud** are some plus
• Knowledge of **SAP ERP (FICO, SD, LE, MM)**,** CRM **and good understanding of the related business processes (Finance, Distribution, Retail)

- **Service-oriented, user-focused with great communication skills**

• Capacity to **learn and investigate** transverse business flows

- **Analytical and problems solving skills**

• **Fluent English,** any other European language is a plus
• The job implies **travelling** in European countries (10% max)
