**Internship Recruitment Services (6-12 Monate)**:
**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:
Sie werden in die Rekrutierungsbranche eingeführt und lernen die verschiedenen Instrumente kennen. Ihr*e direkte*r Vorgesetzte, ein erfahrener Personalberater leitet Sie an und gibt Ihnen Tipp wie Sie rasch an Effizienz gewinnen können.
Sie unterstützen in folgenden Aufgaben Bereichen
- Verfassen von Anzeigen auf den verschiedenen zur Verfügung stehenden Kanälen (Website, Presse usw.) und aktive Suche nach Kandidaten auf professionellen sozialen Netzwerken
- Vorschlag entsprechender Einsätze für potenzielle Kandidaten

Zusammenstellung der Bewerbungsunterlagen für unsere Datenbank gemäss internen Prozeduren
- Mitarbeiter Administration wie Vertragserstellung, Eingabe der geleisteten Arbeitsstunden etc.
- Zusammenstellung eines Kandidatenportfolios nach gesuchten Branchen zur raschen Reaktion auf zukünftige Aufträge
- Betreuung der Kandidaten im Einsatz.
