Become part of our Finance team at WS Audiology Switzerland AG in Zurich. We are looking for a person as an Accountant for the next possible date, limited to 6 months (possibility of a permanent position at a later date).

**Main responsibilities**

Accounts Payable:

- Manage all incoming vendor invoices and credit notes together with international Shared Service Centre
- Facilitate timely and accurate vendor payments as well as resolve any potential vendor queries
- Support set up of new vendors from contract stage to ERP business partner set up
- Review employee expenses and ensure timely payments

Accounts Receivable:

- Act as a go between Customer Services and Shared Service Centre to monitor blocked orders, incoming payments and overdues
- Ensure incoming payments are allocated correctly against customer accounts and banks accounts reconcile at month end
- Credit control and monthly dunning run

General Ledger:

- Oversee and support the subledger closing activities together with the Shared Service Centre during month end
- Assist with the review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in the GL together with the Shared Service Centre
- Support year end audit and preparation of statutory financial statements
- Support local compliance
- Deal with ad hoc reporting requests

**Qualifications, skills and experience**
- Commercial apprenticeship or studies
- 2-5 years’ experience in Finance
- Ability and desire to work in fast paced, multicultural business environment
- Practical, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
- Fluency in German and English
- Swiss work permit
