Die RUNDER GmbH ist eine Systemgastronomie mit Standorten in Brig, Visp und Sion.

Für unseren Betrieb in Visp suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit als Assistant Store Manager/in 100%. Nach einer mehrwöchigen internen Ausbildung erwartet dich Folgendes:

- Führung der Mitarbeiter in der Schicht und Verantwortung für die jeweilige Schicht (Öffnen oder Schliessen des Stores, Arbeitsaufteilung innerhalb des Teams, Festlegen von Pausen).
- Einarbeitung von neuen Teammitgliedern.
- Erstellen von Kassen
- und Tagesabrechnungen.
- Diverse administrative Aufgaben wie beispielsweise das Auslösen von Bestellungen oder Überprüfung von Lieferungseingängen.
- Sicherstellen und Umsetzen aller Qualitäts
- und Hygienestandards in der Schicht.
- Beratung und Bedienung der Gäste.
- Verkauf und Zubereitung nach RUNDER Standards.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantionsfachfrau/ - mann oder bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie.
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie mündliche Englischkenntnisse.
- Flexibel in der Arbeitszeiteinteilung (Mehrschichtbetrieb von Montag - Samstag).
- Schweizer, EU-Bürger oder Personen, die im Besitz einer gültigen Arbeitsbewilligung für die Schweiz sind.
- Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild.
- Ausgeprägte Freude am Kundenservice.
- Ambitionierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit.
- Zuverlässige sowie teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Offen für Neues.
- Führerschein der Kategorie B.
