Hauptaufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die Durchführung der täglichen Labor- und Kontrollaktivitäten innerhalb der Qualitätskontrolle unter Einhaltung aller geltenden GMP- und Sicherheitsstandards im Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Überwachung der Lagerbestände, einschließlich der erforderlichen Formulare im QC-Labor.
  • Annahme, Lagerung und ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation von Proben, die zur Analyse an das QC-Labor eingereicht werden.
  • Durchführung routinemäßiger Reinigungs- und Housekeeping-Tätigkeiten.
  • Führung eines Inventars der Proben und Organisation der Entsorgung nach Bedarf.
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Pipetten für Wartung und Service.
  • Durchführung einfacher Wartungs- und Kalibrierungsprüfungen an zugewiesenen Laborinstrumenten.
  • Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung für das QC-Labor.
  • Organisation des Versands von Prüfmustern oder patientenbezogenem Material.
  • Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben gemäß Anweisung des Supervisors oder Managers.

Qualifikationen und Erfahrung

  • Gültige Arbeits-/Aufenthaltsbewilligung oder Schweizer/EU-Staatsbürgerschaft erforderlich
  • Ausbildung als MLO, Laborant/in oder gleichwertige Qualifikation im Bereich Biotechnologie.
  • 1–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich.

QC Lab Assistant – 6750

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for execution of daily activities and control activities within the Quality Control Department while ensuring compliance with all existing GMP and safety standards in the area of responsibility
  • Monitor stock levels inclusive of forms within QC laboratory
  • To receive, store and complete appropriate paperwork for samples submitted to the QC laboratories for testing
  • Perform routine housekeeping activities
  • To maintain an inventory of samples and disposal as required
  • To assist in the preparation of pipettes for servicing
  • To perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on designated instruments
  • To perform supply of materials to the QC laboratory
  • To arrange shipments of testing or patient material
  • Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • Education: MLO or equivalent in Biotechnology
  • 1-4 years of experience in Quality Control
  • Fluency in German is mandatory
