**Product Manager (m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- **Kundenfeedback verstehen und nutzen**: Durchführung von Workshops, Userinterviews und Umfragen mit Kunden, sowie sorgfältige Auswertung von Daten, um wertvolles Feedback zu sammeln und die Bedürfnisse unserer Nutzer zu verstehen.
- **Projektmanagement und Spezifikationen**: Koordination und Planung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten und Ausarbeitung detaillierter Feature-Spezifikationen, basierend auf unserer Unternehmensstrategie.
- **Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern**: Als Schnittstelle zu den Entwicklern beantwortest du Detailfragen und sorgst dafür, dass die entwickelten Funktionen den Anforderungen entsprechen.
- **Kommunikation und Schulung**: Interne & Externe Schulungen rund um Produkt-Releases und Anpassung unserer Dokumentation, um sicherzustellen, dass alle relevanten Informationen für die Nutzer verfügbar sind.

**Du bringst mit**:

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Manager, idealerweise in einem Startup oder einem agilen Umfeld.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fliessend.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine datenorientierte Herangehensweise an Problemstellungen.
