**In this role**:
As a Program Director:

- You will be a key part of the Transformation Program team, working collaboratively for our customer success
- You will manage a range of projects as agreed between the Transformation team (composed of business consultants, agile coach, project manager) and our customers leaders, working closely with key stakeholders to align and deliver its.
- You will support the drive for an environment of continuous process improvement for the change
- You will support the Lead on regular updates to key stakeholders and ad-hoc requests as required
- You will understand the need to collaborate and ‘join the dots’ as needed across multiple projects within the portfolio that our customers see in their digital transformation journey
- You will use insight and feedback to inform your decisions and demonstrate effectiveness to senior leaders

**About your profile**:

- 5+ years transformation / project experience
- Proven track record of success in transformation/ project management and used to work with senior levels
- Experience of building strong relationships and influencing senior business leaders and peers
- Experience of developing and delivering transformation programs that support business objectives and drive change
- Be able to understand the importance of delivering transformation projects to a function, advising and using your learned knowledge of tools and methodologies
- Be able to navigate and deliver in a highly matrix landscape helping and guiding to resolve complex issues and problems
- Ability to work in a high pace, agile environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Strong project management and organization skills across a range of projects within the transformation portfolio.
