**Your team**:
**Pictet Asset Management **manages the assets of some of the world’s largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres on investment excellence, a long-term perspective and dedication to client service.

As an investment manager, you will join the Environmental Thematic Equities team in Geneva.

**Your role**:

- Generating long-term investment ideas based on bottom up analysis in the environmental space with a focus on the consumer market.
- Building company financial models and writing investment research notes.
- Participating to portfolio construction and optimization.
- Working on the continuous improvement of the investment concept and process.
- Developing a framework to proactively engage with companies on specific ESG issues.
- Developing innovative ESG metrics to include in the analysis of companies.
- Presenting the strategy to clients and prospects.

**Your profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience as an analyst or portfolio manager, ideally in an environmental sector.
- Master’s degree in economics, finance or environmental engineering. CFA or MBA a plus.
- Intrinsically motivated to have a positive impact on the environment.
- Strong conceptual understanding coupled with attention to details. Ability to link ideas to facts.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
- High ethical standards coupled with pragmatism.
- High self-awareness. Willingness to evolve constantly.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Fluent in English and one or two other languages.
- Must be resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate.
