**Student Assistant - Marketing & Admissions (hourly basis) (m/w/d)**:
50 % (unlimited, immediately or by mutual agreement)

**Your tasks**:

- Support the team with data management and tracking of applicant progress
- Help coordinate communication with prospective students and applicants
- Provide administrative support to the admissions team with scheduling, event coordination, and correspondence
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations

**Your profile**:

- Currently enrolled at the University of St. Gallen (preferably in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Interest in higher education, marketing, and admissions processes
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

The MBA Programme at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law of the University of St. Gallen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support the Marketing & Admissions Team.
