Bei Inventx gestaltest Du den digitalen Wandel in der Finanz
- und Versicherungsindustrie mit. An der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Banking/ Insurance sorgst Du mit uns dafür, dass unsere Kunden sich rund um die Uhr auf ihre IT-Infrastrukturen verlassen können und zu digitaler Innovation befähigt werden.

**Gestaltungsspielraum***:

- Du verantwortest die Leistungserbringung der IT Services in der Cloud (IaaS, PaaS) sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit der Services gegenüber unseren Kunden
- Du bist die Ansprechperson des Kunden für sämtliche Delivery-Themen gegenüber intern wie extern sowie erste Eskalationsstufe
- Du leitest die Betriebs
- und Service Boards Meetings beim Kunden
- Du verantwortest die Standards der Betriebs-Dokumentationen gegenüber den Kunden
- Du verantwortlich in spannenden Kundenprojekten wie auch bei der Definition neuer Services
- Du wirkst im IT-Service Continuity Management und Business Continuity Management mit und leitest den Wiederanlauf

**Kompetenzen***:

- Fachhochschulabschluss/ Wirtschaftsinformatiker/in oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Verständnis von Cloud-Architektur und IaaS/PaaS Betriebsmodellen
- Erfahrungen im Betrieb und/oder Service Management (ITIL) sowie im Projekt-Management
- Analytisches, methodisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
- Ziel
- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Ausgesprochene Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen und technischen Zusammenhängen
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse
