BAK Economics AG (BAK) ist das unabhängige Schweizer Wirtschaftsforschungsinstitut und volkswirtschaftliche Beratungsunternehmen aus Basel sowie mit Büros in Bern, Zürich und Lugano. BAK
erstellt quantitative fundierte ökonomische Analysen und macht die Erkenntnisse daraus für Politik,
Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft nutzbar. Die Grundlage der Expertise ist eine Forschungsinfrastruktur,
die u.a. umfassende ökonomische Datenbanken und Modelle beinhaltet.

Sind Sie versierte(r) IT-Anwender/in und interessiert an ökonomischen Fragestellungen?

Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie sind für das Datenbankmanagement zuständig und tragen aktiv zur laufenden Weiterentwicklung unser Datenumgebung bei
- Sie unterstützen die Standarisierung und Automatisierung aller datenbezogenen Prozesse
- Sie betreuen unsere ökonomischen Prognosemodelle und leiten deren operativen Einsatz
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Analysten-Team zusammen und koordinieren die

Schnittstelle zwischen ökonomischer Analyse und technischem Kernprozess
- Sie bringen sich bei der Entwicklung neuer Analytics-Ansätze ein
- Sie entwickeln Produkte und Lösungen für unsere Kunden

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Ökonomie mit Schwerpunkt Informatik/Data Sciences oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verfügen über eine entsprechende akademische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über anwendungsbezogene Kompetenzen in Programmierung

und sind sicher in der Anwendung von R, SQL und gängigen Daten
- und Office-Programmen
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Datenbankmanagement, in der Modellierung ökonomischer Zusammenhänge sowie im Bereich Analytics/Machine Learning/Data Science
- Sie kommunizieren gerne und zeichnen sich durch Ihre Eigeninitiative

und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft aus
- Sie verfügen über gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch,

Kenntnisse in Französisch sind von Vorteil
