**Your team**:

You will be joining the PAM Tech & Operations department’s Corporate Tech platform (Corp Tech). This platform delivers and maintains innovative tech solutions that enhance business processes across finance, regulatory reporting, client, contract and product lifecycle management, business risk monitoring and company oversight.

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for managing the central data delivery solution within Corp Tech. This role requires knowledge of data management processes, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality datasets for analytical purposes. The product is currently undergoing a major migration from on-prem Oracle to cloud-based solution Snowflake.

**Your role**:

- Product management:

- implement detailed product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- prioritize and manage the product backlog with a focus on maximizing the value delivered by balancing migration scope, new features, and technical improvements.
- continuously deliver product goals and business objectives.
- Stakeholder collaboration:

- engage and energize the business user community via sprint reviews and data evangelization.
- work with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout Pictet AM and PAM Tech & Operations to ensure database migration engagement and oversee overall data utilization.
- Migration continuity:

- lead and communicate the product migration strategy.
- ensure database migration continuity by rolling out implementation strategy.
- maintain strong engagement in the product’s technical development to ensure migration goals.

**Your profile**:

- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in on-prem and cloud-based data management (i.e. Oracle and Snowflake).
- Excellent command in relational database language SQL and analytical tools Tableau.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Available rapidly.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
