Purpose:
The Digital Excellence Lead is responsible for the Digital Operating model process decomposition defining key business processes & ownership across all elements of the operating model (standards, Roles & boundaries, KPIs, etc.).

The Digital Excellence Lead will lead a community of practice across all of the Excellence components of the Digital Operating model to include Data, Data Science, Technology as well as Governance & Operating standards. This role & governance are responsible for the continuous improvement of the entire Digital Operation model in addition to resolution of any execution challenges, adherence issues and owns the evolution of the Operating Model as the digital strategy evolves.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Digital Excellence for the entire Operating Model:

- Define Business Process Decomposition for all aspects of the Digital Operating Model: Data, Technology, Strategy & Governance, Data Science
- Develop & Deploy Operating Standards for Key Processes (e.g. DPM Playbook, Agile methodology, Scaled Agile Methodology, Design System) in collaboration with technology partners
- Drive Continuous Improvement of the Digital operating model across all facets including Data, Technology, Data Science and Cross Functional Digital Product Management

Lead Digital Excellence Community of Practice for the entire Digital Operating Model:

- Lead a Community of Practice to identify improvement opportunities & clarify/create new processes as required
- Ensure flawless integration and clear boundaries and roles across Data Strategy & Operations, Data Science, JJT as well as Digital Strategy & Governance

Create, Deploy and Maintain the Digital Knowledge Management & Process Center:

- Responsible for the creation of the Digital Operating Model Playbook & Process Decomposition
- Creation of a Digital Knowledge Center to capture Process Standards and knowledge
- Drive clarity in understanding of Key Digital Operating model processes & standards

Operating Model Process & Standards Adherence:

- Drive Supply Chain Process Adherence to all aspects of the Digital Operating Model
- Ensure that all Digital Activities across the Supply Chain are executed in alignment with process standards

Up to 25% travel required, domestic & international

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in product/project management, new digital or analytics products development, digital governance.
- Business process analysis, decomposition and standardization.
- 5+ years of experience in agile methodologies deployments
- Proven experience in influencing various stakeholders, mentoring and leading teams through digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on launching effective operating models.
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SQL.
- Data and KPI-driven, ability to define measurement frameworks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
