**Job Purpose**
We are looking for you as our Trainee for business intelligence and data analysis. In this position, you will drive global product marketing impact by taking ownership for customer and market insights and data management. You will develop expertise in Product management tasks and KPIs for driving growth and efficiency. In this position, you will be able to build a solid network across functional teams. You will be part of the Product Management team in the Implantology Business Unit, based at the HQ in Basel.

The position is temporary for one year.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Identify and screen data sources for relevant business and market insights
- Provide gap analysis and constantly explore new data sources
- Increase product management impact with standardized reporting tools and KPIs for market/customer intelligence
- Orchestrate e-shop channel management in close collaboration with the e-shop team and product managers
- Drive portfolio rentability screening and product phase-out implementation
- Takes ownership for an effective and transparent communication between stakeholders, feeding different communication channels and continuously searching for tools and ways to improve it.

**Profile**
- Degree in life sciences, business administration or equivalent with strong affinity to data and business analysis
- Experience in insight generation, digital marketing projects and channel management is an advantage
- At least 6 months of working experience, preferably in an international matrix organization
- Ability to transform data into relevant insights
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Open minded and proactive personality with the ability to cultivate a network of effective working relationships in an international matrix environment as well as to motivate and engage stakeholders
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
