- Commodities Regulatory advisory and implementation experience across Europe, America and Asia
- Experience of MiFID, MiFID II, EMIR and REMIT
- Around 6-10 years PQE (+/-1 yr)
- Practiced at a top law firm
- English law-qualified, but other jurisdictions considered
- English language essential
- In-house experience a plus, especially in commodities trading or commodities exchange sectors

- Providing high quality regulatory legal advice and interpretation across all business units and products globally
- Follow all applicable regulatory developments and develop relationships with relevant external bodies
