OM Pharma se positionne comme un acteur local pour accompagner les étudiants et jeunes diplômés. Dans ce cadre, nous offrons l'opportunité à un/e étudiant/e de se développer au sein d’une entreprise biotechnologique pour un stage rémunéré de 6 mois minimum, en intégrant le département Marketing de notre siège basé à Genève en tant qu'**International Marketing Trainee** (h/f).

Sous la responsabilité du Business Intelligence lead, votre rôle consistera à donner un support à l’équipe médico-marketing internationale, en relation avec de nombreux interlocuteurs internes (commercial, finance, marketing,) et en interface avec des agences telles que IQVIA et agences d’études quantitatives et qualitatives.

Durant ce stage, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Leader des études de marchés quantitatives ou qualitatives
- Participer à l’analyse des données de performance internes (ventes, finance) et externes (IQVIA) pour en recommander des plans d’action, pour les produits OM Pharma et leurs concurrents
- Recommander la meilleure façon de structurer ces données pour les rendre utiles pour les équipes cross-fonctionnelles
- Assurer une connexion régulière avec nos partenaires mondiaux pour mettre en place des rituels de suivi des KPIs et se nourrir de leurs analyses locales
- Assurer la liaison avec nos agences externes d’étude de marché et de data
- Participer à l’analyse des performances des campagnes médico-marketing globales ou locales (suivi des KPIs des campagnes, proposer des adaptations)
- Être support dans la veille concurrentielle

Pour mener à bien cette mission, nous recherchons une personne ayant le profil suivant:

- Etudiant conventionné par une école en cursus supérieur - niveau Master minimum
- Actuellement inscrit à un Master 2 en Marketing, en école de commerce ou en formation double diplôme scientifique et marketing
- Intérêt pour la santé des patients et pour les projets avec une dimension internationale
- Une première expérience en marketing dans l’industrie pharmaceutique serait appréciée
- Fort intérêt pour la gestion de projets, les chiffres et leur analyse
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Un bon niveau de français et d’anglais écrit et oral
