The focus of the **Data Governance Associate Director (M/F/d)** is on directing and managing Enterprise structure elements and base data structure setup in SAP and other systems, i.e. principles, process, people and tools to ensure base structure integrity, related data quality and transparency. The Data Governance Manager (M/F/d) is also engaged to further develop the Lonza data framework which is used globally across the company and numerous systems.

This is a global role relevant for the whole company across all divisions, business units, functions and sites.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Define, setup and maintain concepts and standard processes to manage Enterprise base structures and create, change and deactivate critical organizational elements and update & cleanse critical control tables
- Set strategy on analytics and dashboard reporting of Enterprise structures. Implement & run strategy
- Direct and train business users to the standards and manage the relationship with the different stakeholders
- Manage the critical base structures in SAP and perform control checks of requests and manage tools used in Enterprise Structure Management and coordinate with internal and external IT service providers
- Act as business partner, guide and consult on questions around Enterprise organizational elements
- Develop and drive Lonza Data Framework definition & implementation

**Key requirements**:

- Master in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or IT or Apprentice level plus additional extensive years of experience in commercial business environment with data related duties
- Extensive years working experience either in Engineering, Supply Chain or Finance in an international company with a complex matrix management structure across broad range of divisions
- Experience in Project Management
- English and German fluent
- Knowledge with SAP ERP & BW systems or other systems in relation to data management and reports is an asset
- Strength in proactive communication, active listening and shaping “new territory”
