**Einführung**

Für unseren Kunden am Standort Kaiseraugst suchen wir eine motivierten und erfahrenen **Logistiker (a)**. In dieser Rolle sind Sie Teil des Teams „Logistic Solutions“ und tragen zur effizienten Abwicklung von Wareneingängen und -ausgängen bei. Der Logistikhub ist entscheidend für die Lagerung und den Versand von klinischen Studienmaterialien und spielt eine zentrale Rolle in der Versorgungskette. Wenn Sie über fundierte Logistikerfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Pharmabranche, verfügen und sich durch eine präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise auszeichnen, dann ist diese Position genau das Richtige für Sie.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Umschlag und Abwicklung von Sendungen im Wareneingang inkl. Eingangskontrolle und Verbuchung im ERP-System
- Verpackung und Abwicklung von GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice /Gute Herstellungspraxis)-, Gefahrgut-, Kühl
- und Tiefkühlsendungen im Warenausgang
- Kommissionieren von klinischen Studien
- Verantwortlich für die korrekte operative Abwicklung der Prozesse (Wareneingang / Warenausgang) unter Einhaltung der Compliance Vorgaben (GMP, Gefahrgut etc.)
- Erstellung von Sendungsdokumenten und Klassifizierung von Gefahrgütern
- Verteilung von Waren und Dokumentensendungen per Stapler oder E-Mobil auf dem Areal Kaiseraugst
- Administrative Tätigkeiten wie Bestellwesen, Lagerverwaltung und Handling von Temperaturdatenloggern
- Proaktive Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Qualitätsverbesserungen
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Bereich Logistik

**Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Logistiker:in EFZ
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, vorzugsweise im Bereich Pharma
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im GMP / GDP Bereich
- Sehr gute PC Kenntnisse (SAP, Office und weitere Anwenderprogramme)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, dienstleistungsorientiert und hohe Flexibilität
- Hohes Mass an strukturierter und selbständiger Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Mass an Kundenorientierung und professioneller und proaktiver Umgang mit allen Stakeholdern
- Strukturierte, fokussierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungskraft und motiviert, selbständig arbeitend und belastbar
