**What you’ll be doing**
As part of the global Marketing & Sales (M&S) team you’ll have the opportunity to join a highly visible, strategically important team and support the M&S transformation through the development of the Hitachi One CRM Marketing and Sales processes and tools, and contribute to the midterm plan targets:
- Develop and consolidate business requirements for ONE CRM/SFDC
- Develop, define, drive and support the implementation and operationalization of the Hitachi One CRM Marketing and Sales processes and tools in order to provide accurate data required to manage the selected Accounts.
In the first step, 14 Group Account and Group Account Managers have been defined and the objective is to concentrate on the 6 Hitachi Companies which are mainly contributing to the business activities of these Group Accounts.
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
**Processes**
- Collect business requirements to enhance the marketing and customer support processes and improve market intelligence
- Understand the process requirements of the key stakeholders
- Define, agree, develop, deploy key processes incl. trainings
- Define and follow-up KPI to measure adoption and benefit delivery
- Establish data quality routines and ensure high data quality standards
- Collect business requirements to enhance the sales processes and improve market intelligence, and CRM related tools
- Act as local point of contact for Process and Sales Operations related topics
**Deployment, Applications and Systems**
- Supports and drives a proper implementation and communication of the M&S processes
- Support the key stakeholders e.g. GAM team, in coordination with business sales operations support, to monitoring and striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency; assist Front End Process manager in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Collecting and giving feedback on process and tool deployment success in the organization.
- Support in testing processes and tools.
**People and Training**
- Support the business and GAM-teams to enable a long-run structured and sustainable process mind-set in the sales teams; support driving and ensuring behavioral change accordingly
- Identify, drive, and support the sales tool deployment related trainings

**What you bring to the team**

- Significant experience in a similar seniority and truly global role in large and complex organisations
- Solid and strong expertise in SFDC and M&S related processes
- Internal or external consulting experience (advantageous)
- Cultural sensitivity and openness to work in a diverse international business environment across all time zone
- Knowledge of tools and practices in business improvement, change and project management.
- Solid collaboration and networking skills, and strong in building relationships - speak up and listen respectfully to others
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Results orientated, self-motivated and driven, agile and learn from failures
- Ability to improve processes for higher business performances
- Ability to manage and drive change within the organization and overcome latent inertia and resistance, and any silos
- Excellent English level. Japanese proficiency a great plus
