It is in this context that we offer students the opportunity to develop within our company. We are looking for a student on a Digital Communication apprenticeship (timetable to be defined) for our company in Geneva.

Your main tasks are the following:

- Propose improvements, develop and design content for social and digital channels (website, LinkedIn) in line with our communications strategy.
- Support the external and internal communications through drafting and translating texts as necessary (e.g. articles, newsletters, blogs, social media posts)
- Support the production of company communication materials: leaflets, brochures and attractive presentations
- Develop and propose innovative ideas for communication activities producing animations, videos and design
- Prepare, design and publish content for internal communications channels such as TV screens, intranet and newsletters
- Monitor and control communications throughout the entire project life cycle to ensure the information needs of the project stakeholders are met
- Web listening and trend reports on social networks
- Monitoring and analysis of the audience for the website and social media and preparation of half year reports for evaluating the performance of the communication activities

To carry out these activities, we are looking for a well-organized and rigorous person bringing the following profile:

- Students under contract with a school - Intra-curricular internship mandatory
- Master’s degree in communications or at a business school
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and Canva
- Current French, with fluent English both in oral and written conversation

This apprenticeship will enable you to:

- Gain your first experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Develop your skills and knowledge in culture analysis
- Join a team of experts who will pass on their knowledge and support you in your development

You are inquisitive, inventive and able to make suggestions. Your good interpersonal skills and autonomy enable you to work effectively both in a team and independently. You enjoy proposing new ideas, discussing them with your team and then implementing them.
