Au sein du département Business Apps et Collaboration, vous serez en charge de participer à des projets de développement, d’intégration de de migration en tant que **Référent en conduite du changement**:
Avant - La préparation:

- Organiser et animer des ateliers fonctionnels en vue d’accompagner nos clients sur les plateformes collaboratives Microsoft **:O365, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint**
- Analyser les besoins métiers et traduction des processus et des cas d’usages pour préparer la conduite du changement

Pendant - La réalisation:

- Développer les plans et processus de conduite du changement
- Participer aux différentes phases du projet pour mettre à l’œuvre ce plan (formations utilisateurs, accompagnement dans la configuration, levée des objections, etc.)

Après - La pérennisation:

- Organiser et animer les entretiens de recueil des feedbacks.
- Participer au diagnostic des écarts et à la gestion des résistances internes
- Mettre en œuvre les actions correctives.

**Votre profil**:

- Diplôme de Bachelor (ou plus) en Management de l’information ou Gestion de projet informatique ou diplôme d’Ingénieur.
- **Une première expérience en tant que Change Management Consultant** ou Référent en Change Management sur des projets technologiques est **nécessaire**
- Vous avez de l’expérience en conduite de workshops et de séances d’analyse de besoins,
- Vous avez de l’expérience dans la rédaction de préconisations et de guides méthodologiques à destination des utilisateurs
- Vous avez l’expérience et la connaissance dans la **méthodologie PROSCI®** (une certification serait un plus)
- Au moins **3 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst ou Chef de Projet IT** pour des projets de développement/migration (et idéalement sur des technologies **M365)**
- Autonome, curieux/se, et avec le souci de comprendre le contexte de ce qui vous est confié,
- **Maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais (B2 minimum)**, une troisième langue européenne est un plus
