**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du bearbeitest **Störungsfälle**, die über den **1st Level Support **gemeldet werden.
- Du als **ICT-Supporter Applications **unterstützt die **Softwareverteilung **bei **Releasewechseln **der betreuten **Applikationen**.
- Du führst spezielle Aufgaben bei der **Einführung **neuer **Applikationen **durch.
- Du unterstützt während der Testphasen für geplante **Softwareupdates **/ **Fehlerkorrekturen**.
- Du analysierst **Fehlersituationen **und bereitest **Supporthilfsmittel **auf.
- Du als **ICT-Supporter Applications **unterstützt die **Ausbildungsabteilung **bei der Erstellung von **Schulungsunterlagen**.
- Du arbeitest mit den **Produktverantwortlichen **zusammen, um Fehler anhand von aufgetretenen **Supportfällen **zu korrigieren.
- Du nimmst an teaminternen **Koordinationssitzungen **teil.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du verfügst über** mehrjährige Erfahrung** in der Informatik.
- Du als **ICT-Supporter Applications **hast **Supporterfahrung **in der **Applikationsbetreuung**.
- Du arbeitest als **gewissenhafte **und **zuverlässige **Persönlichkeit **exakt **und **selbstständig**.
- Du als **ICT-Supporter Applications **bist bereit zu **Piketteinsätzen**.
- Du benötigst gute **Deutsch**:

- und **Französischkenntnisse**, die zwingend erforderlich sind, während **Englischkenntnisse **von Vorteil sind.
