The function reports directly to the group SOC and aligns its local processes, targets and deliverables in line with the groups operational security priorities while also tailoring these to meet the local regulatory environment in each country.

We are seeking an experienced SOC Lead to carry out the management of SOC teams located in both Switzerland and Luxembourg. Besides existing experience in the work environment of a Security Operations Center and a broad knowledge of the current IT-security topics (cybersecurity risk landscape, cyber incident response, malware campaigns and threat actors and information security awareness), this role additionally requires a broad knowledge of the current regulatory and legal national and international landscape.

**Tasks**

The job function comprises broad range of responsibilities:

- Operational responsibility for all SOC deliverables to relevant stakeholders
- Adjustment and evaluation of the security monitoring controls to meet local regulatory requirements
- Local responsibility to ensure that appropriate rules and policies are deployed to the local security solutions while remaining in line with group strategy
- Second level analysis of security and data leakage relevant events and incidents
- Operational responsibility for all incident response action and incident investigations in close cooperation with all required internal and external stakeholders
- Incident and event statistics reporting
- Performing information security investigation interviews

**Requirements**:
The following requirements are necessary in this role:

- Very good IT security and data protection knowledge
- Work experience in a SOC environment using common security solutions (preferably SPLUNK, Symantec DLP & Tanium)
- Swiss financial service organizations regulatory and compliance knowledge
- Very good communication and organization skills
- Independent and reliable working style
- Experience managing remote teams
- Fluent in German and English, French an advantage
