**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Annahme und Bearbeitung von MICE Anfragen
- Aktiver Telefonverkauf und Beratung
- Koordination der optimalen Auslastung aller Eventräume
- Sicherstellung der kompletten Informationen für alle Anlässe von Planung bis Abschluss
- Erstellen der Event-Aufnahmen, Offerten und Verträge für alle Veranstaltungen
- Betreuung vor Ort durch Begrüssung und Feedbackgespräch
- Mithilfe im Service bei Grossanlässen.

**Sie verfügen über**:

- Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie von Vorteil
- erste Erfahrungen aus der Event und Seminarhotellerie und -gastronomie
- Zuverlässigkeit, Entscheidungsfreude, Flexibilität und eine hohe Belastbarkeit gehören zu Ihren Stärken
- sprach
- und redegewandt
- ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
- Herausragendes Engagement und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
- Freundliches, sicheres und herzliches Auftreten mit einem gepflegten Äußeren
- ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, KV-Lehre, Ho-Ko
- Protel-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
