**The Role**
We're on the hunt for an innovative Creative Strategist who lives and breathes social media trends and has a knack for turning ideas into high-converting ad creatives. You'll be the maestro behind the curtain, orchestrating ad concepts that blend brand identity with performance magic. Your playground will be the vast landscape of Meta ads, where your creativity will fuel our clients' growth.

**What You'll Do**
- Dream up and develop groundbreaking ad creative concepts tailored to our diverse eCommerce clientele.
- Initially, you'll focus your talents on 1-2 clients to ensure a tailored and impactful start. Successful demonstration of your abilities will lead to expanded responsibilities and more client projects.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of social media content trends, leveraging both organic and paid insights to inform your strategies.
- Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, etc.) to refine and optimize our creative output.
- Craft detailed creative briefs that transform your visionary ideas into actionable tasks for our creators & design team.

**Who We're Looking For**
- A trendsetter with a deep understanding of what makes an ad pop and convert.
- Proficient in dissecting ad components (headlines, hooks, CTAs, etc.) and how they harmonize to capture attention.
- A creative thinker who can navigate brand guidelines while pushing the envelope for conversions.
- An analytical mind that can spot trends and patterns in ad performance.
- Well-acquainted with Facebook's ad platform.
- A content enthusiast with a passion for storytelling through ads.
- Exceptional at translating abstract ideas into concrete plans for our creators & creative team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From CHF50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week
