Project Manager - Project Managerin

**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:

- Projektleitung der Industrialisierung inkl. Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln (Spritzgusswerkzeuge, Montageanlagen, etc.) inkl. allen Projektarbeiten
- Projektleitung mit direktem Kunden
- und Lieferantenkontakt inkl. Betreuung FAT
- Erstellung von Lasten-/ Pflichtenheften und Mitarbeit bei Prozess FMEA's
- Risikomanagement Aktivitäten im Projekt planen und begleiten
- Terminpläne erstellen, Meilensteine überprüfen sowie allfällige Massnahmen bezüglich Termin, Kosten und Qualität einleiten
- Qualifizierungs
- und Validierungsaktivitäten im Projekt planen, betreuen und vollständige Dokumentation erstellen
- DOE Aktivitäten im Projekt planen und betreuen, sowie statistische Analysen erstellen.
- Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen, kundenspezifische Dokumentationen, etc.
- Projektarbeiten und komplette Projektdokumentation auf Basis der Internen
- und GMP-Vorgaben.
- Grobkonzepte zur Industrialisierung erarbeiten und berechnen

**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:

- **Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische oder mechanische Grundausbildung als Kunststofftechnologe/Werkzeugmacher mit ausgewiesener Erfahrung im Spitzgiessen**:

- Idealerweise verfügen sie über eine höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Projekt Management mit HF Abschluss
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung / Metallverarbeitung, Werkzeugbau, Automationserfahrung
- Erfahrung aus dem Markt in der Medizinaltechnik und / oder Automotiv Branche
- Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
