**A day as a Product Owner**:
- You cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting collaboration and encouraging the exploration of new technologies, ideas and approaches to achieve client objectives.
- You support our clients by understanding their needs, their customers and fostering ideas and strategies to develop solutions that meet the client’s goals.
- You help clients to innovate and collaborate with their data, to achieve meaningful social and environmental change.
- You embrace agile methodologies and practices as well as working closely with developers, designers, and other cross-functional team members.
- You grow existing accounts, and you are used with pitches, strategies, roadmaps, reaching goals, deadlines and negotiating budgets.
**Your profile as a Product Owner**:
- You have several years of experience in the development of appreciable digital products as a Product Owner or Project Manager.
- You value independent, self-organised work.
- You listen to customers and understand their needs.
- You’re (really) organised and proactive in everything you do.
- You speak German and English. French will be a big plus.
