As a member of the People experience team, the role holder will support the Group People Experience Director, and act as a center of expertise to our Group HR team, as well as our HR colleagues in our Maisons, Regions and Central Functions.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Organization listening
It is no secret that communication has become challenging, employees’ expectations and willingness to contribute are increasing, and the role of organization sentiment and reputation critical from an employee to a customer point of view. Therefore, the role of organizational listening is becoming critical:
- To be aware of how people feel,
- To make sure as People function to focus on what really matters
- And to measure the coherence of the experience we offer against the benchmark
Listening should help improve the workplace experience, supporting responsiveness to identify challenges, and helping organizations make better decisions.
Define, activate and advice our organization on its comprehensive approach to organization listening, connecting the diverse sources of insights to help provide context, feedback and insights to our different stakeholders’ groups from leadership to managers and individuals.
Part of the data/insights, approach ; the role will play a critical part in helping to position the organization in the context of its industry, understand the internal/external dynamics and help prioritize the critical initiatives. It will act as a center of expertise not only to set-up the listening strategy but to interpret and define the following up remediation/innovation plan.
- Employee lifecycle strategy
Leveraging on the collected insights to support Group HR and Maisons/Regions/Central functions in building strategies to improve the employee lifecycle experience:
- Identifying the best practices - and what could be implemented at the scale of the organization
- Identifying area of improvement - and anticipating potential issues before they scale to the organization
- Overseeing the implementation of tailored employee journey at scale on moment that matters (such on onboarding, offboarding) and ensuring a coherence with the insights collected.
- Helping to position the internal progress against our competitors to factor in the market evolution as well as what can help us differentiate
This requires understanding of the trend analysis, being able to detect and analyze employee behaviors and connect the organization health to societal trends. The experience of customer behavior analysis, employer reputation and internal communication engagement survey are important in order to recognize new trends and use this knowledge to link us an employer to our audiences.
- Other key initiatives
As part of the Group People Experience team, you will lead a team of 1 to start with, a project manager reporting to you. On top of your key focus, your scope can extend to other projects in the People Experience space, related to transversal opportunities where the addedvalue of listening and monitoring the change can help guide the change management process.
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
You will have a background in Trend analysis, a deep interest for People topics, and experience in leading workplace engagement strategy through building organisation listening practice and/or deep experience of the employee lifecycle, consumer like journey design.
To succeed in that role, you will need to bring those key skills:

- Analysing - Data curation and data analysis, connecting quantitative and qualitative approach to provide in depth contextualized insights

- Strong coordinator & collaborator - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and consistently with multiple stakeholders, deep expertise in end-to-end management of projects and programs
